VIDEO TIPS
FaithExplorer videos, like all MP4 videos, are designed to be played in a browser (not DVD movie recorder/player) such as Windows Media Player, QuickTime, VLC Media Player, RealPlayer, etc.
When you click on any video after it has been downloaded, it should open the default video player on your computer.
If these FaithExplorer videos do not open or play well on your computer, you probably need to upgrade to a new video player. Our suggestion is to go to www.apple.com/quicktime/download and install the latest version of QuickTimePlayer, free for both Windows and Mac. This will take only a few minutes and will improve performance for all future videos you play on your computer.
Then, open the FaithExplorer video from within QuickTime (File > Open File ...) to test it. Thereafter, just click the icon or link for any video you want.
